HI Assign Joins Based on Segment Names (Ramp Locking)

Ramp locking is setup in Haul Infinity and is used by ATS to ensure trucks use specific routes.

It negates the possibility of trucks flying through the air/through walls to use ramps in other stages to exit a bench.
