PS Table Reports

You can create the Table type reports for different activities and agents, by choosing “Table” option from the relevant period/agent/activity menu of the Add Report button.

Table Reports create a CSV file using custom header names to match a specified format.

The table types reports consist of two interconnecting tabs: Setup and Table. In the Setup tab you can set all Data fields required to display in the Tables tab.

Drag and drop required fields from the right hand list to the Data Field column or select them from a dropdown as shown below. Any errors related will be displayed in Errors panel below.

After you have populated all Data fields required, go to the Table tab and review the results. All columns will be displayed in the same order you set them in the Setup tab.

Blasting Report

Create a Table Report to export the blasting dates with custom headers.

  1. Go to Schedule tab > Reporting tab > Add Reports button > “Blasts” activity > “Table” option.

  2. Click in the name field and rename to "Blasting Times".

  3. From the right hand field list, drag in:

    1. “Blast.FullName”,

    2. “Blast.StartTime”,

    3. “Duration.Hours”,

    4. “Blast.EndTime”.

  4. In the Export Caption column, put the custom header name.

Use this report to transfer data from Production Scheduler into a company database.
